minimum length for blog / user name

it’ll be great if we can set a minimal length for blog name and username.

this way, we dont need to mess too much with banned name field

and we can easily reserved all name that is less than (say) 4 characters only can be created by admin.

Such functions are from wpmu and not from buddypress. If you head over to wpmu forum, the documents, you’ll probably find the answer.
