Missing sidebar icons

Hi I have buddyboss pro, learndash and gamipress. Everything seems to be working fine except I am missing the sidebar icons ( the little person, folder, chat balloon, graduate with hat). Instead I just have rectangles.

Anyone have any ideas?

Still waiting on support. I came here hoping for a quick answer. The problem with support is it takes at least 24 hours for them to get back to you and that slows down setting up a new site terribly. That’s why I came here.

This is exactly the similar issue that I faced in vacuum cleaner project but after I installed a pluin it has very difficult name but you can click here and install it.
