Modify group activity update (“bp_activity_action”) when changing group desc

I’ve noticed the activity stream gets pretty messy when group descriptions are changed.

The literal change of text is shown via bp_activity_action().

How would I modify this to not be outputted there but instead when calling bp_activity_content_body(), is this possible?

*update* via CSS this can still work, but would be nice to have a bit more control here.
