move a post to main blog?

Is there a way to move or copy a post from one of the blogs on my site to the main blog?

I don’t just want heading and summary in my sidebar like the site wide posts plug-in does, I want the whole post to appear as a post.

Is this possible?

try this plugin

It shows in a widget all the site wide selected posts

Yes, but this puts it just in a little sidebar, I want it in the main content of my blog.
