Moving BuddyPress to different WPMU Blog – lost groups

Hi,

We’ve just moved our BuddyPress from one blog ID to another, but somehow in the process we’ve lost the groups. We’re not really sure if this is a BP issue, a WPMU issue, or something else. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Latest BP, WP 3.9?
