Multisite

    Hi guys,

I have tried to solve this problem myself, however, nothing is really working.

I run a WP Multisite with 25 subpages and the experiment is to make buddypress a part of the sites. I want the userbase to be united and also whats posted on BuddyPress. The owners of the subpages want the look to remain individual. So somehow I need to keep the local themes but common content.

At the moment all buddypress sites is run over the theme and webadress of site 1. How can I make buddypress stay in the local mapped domain?

Take care and thanks in advance.

    Peter

Do you want the look/feel to be different for each site — sharing the same data — or do you want a distinct social network running on each site?

    Hi Poul,

    Thanks for your assistance.

I would go for ‘look/feel to be different for each site — sharing the same data/usergroup’.

I hope this somehow is possible.

    Thanks, Peter

For some unknow reason, it all worked out the next day and the local themes was working again. Maybe the server restarted or something… who knows.
