Multisite – Users not being assigned to registered site

Wordpress Ver 4.0
BuddyPress Ver 2.0.2

Directory installed, sub directory. Upgraded from 3.0 to 4.0 then installed buddypress 2.0.2 from not having it at all. I have made no modifications with buddy press and I’m using the True Mag theme found here:

I created a user through the register page found here:
http://ghettolina.gcskye.com/register/

The member can not be found under the member tab in admin but can be seen in pending under users. Once the user is approved, he can only be found through the multisite home site. How do I get the user to associate with the multisite they register on?
