I’m wondering how can we create a “My groups” link and page in buddypress. Is this something possible for customisation?

Example: When a user has joined 2 or 3 groups, and he is logged in would show a “My Groups” link on the member header tabs. And when user clicked on it, it shows the groups he had joined.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
