My I offer to pay for solutions?

    I have several problems I need solved. I have tried posting them here with out much luck (some of them are almost two months old now.) I have googled to high heaven, and have experimented for countless hours on my own.

    What are the rules here? May I offer to pay some one here for a working solution?

    If not, I understand. Just thought it couldn’t hurt to ask.
