    can any one tell me an admaneger plugin for my bp site which supports all plugins , and which can put ads on my widget area or anywhere or on any page i like it ?

    Please search the WP plugin repository, you’ll ind an extensive list of plugins there and you don’t necessarily need plugins that are designed with BP in mind.
