I use a plugin called connections on all of my sites so that I can have a nice listing of the staff for each organization. It works great but has an issue:

Basically when the plugin is activated I am not able to properly create a group. It gets to the ‘forum’ step but shows nothing but the next/previous buttons. The group actually gets created but the forum does not. Clicking on ‘next step’ leads to an error page saying ‘do you really want to do this’ go back…

If I deactivate the plugin then all is well.

Are there any code Ninja’s here that may have the time to look into why this is happening?

–I’ve read all the plugin code but can’t put my finger on the issue, so not sure what to even report back to the plugin author. There are zero errors generated on any server report, so no help there. This has been a tough on to figure out after days of trying.
