Need custom inquiry across registered members

I have a site for alumni of a school. The most common way to look up someone would be Graduation Year and/or Name. I have added Graduation year as a custom field and made it required. I would replace the default “Members” page with a page that contains an easily searchable table of registered alumni. Users could filter based on Year, Name, City etc. A link back to the members information display would be useful.
I have built the table layout I like with Table Press but do not see how that can be tied into the members database.
I have tried ABASE but do not understand enough about the database structure to properly build the query.
So I could use some consulting (if the above products can be used) or programming if a if this is best answered with a separate query.
