Need Help Setting up a new buddy press site

Hello. I have successfully installed a new Buddypress site.

I need help in figuring out a few stuff:

1. I to create 3 groups of members. How do I do that?
2. Membership will be created by the admin ONLY (its a small community) but members can then update their own profiles. They will be able to change their passwords.
3. Admin should be able to freeze accounts of members who leave the community.
4. How can extended profiles support vimeo/youtube video embeds?

Can someone please help me with these?

Goggle ‘wordpress membership plugin’.
There are several plugins that will allow you to set membership levels and assign members to them.
