New (larger) logo cut off in some areas

Hi, I installed WordPress MU 2.7.1 + Buddypress 1.0 and I changed the logo (the one with the text “social network”) with another one, which is bigger.
So, I changed the settings in base.css and I uploaded my new logo in /wp-content/themes/bphome/images/logo.gif
/wp-content/bp-themes/bpmember/images/logo.gif, as suggested in this topic: http://buddypress.org/forums/topic.php?id=2215.
But now I notice that when I go to the “members”, “group” and “blogs” areas the logo is still cut off, while it is correctly displayed in the other areas of the site (like “home” and “blog”).
I suppose that I should make the same change that I did for base.css somewhere else, but… where?

And if you use the same logo, you should change the same file in the bphome theme as well
