New site feature not working

Hi all: I’m new here and still finding my way around BuddyPress. When I got to “site” under the “Super Admin” panel, it pulls up the list of sites. I currently just have one site. When I click the “add new” next to the Sites logo, nothing happens. It does pull up “wp-admin/ms-sites.php#form-add-site” in the address bar. But no form actually appears. Any idea on what I’m not doing? By the way, yes, I have enabled the add site feature in the main settings.

  • That is part of WordPress core. I suggest you disable BuddyPress; if you have the same problem, then it’s something to do with your WordPress install rather than the BuddyPress plugin. Let us know how you get on.

Paul: Thanks for the reply. One question before I do: If I disable buddy press…do i lose all the things i’ve configured and members I’ve added? Or will those be saved if i turn the BuddyPress plugin off?

    They’ll be kept, don’t worry.

Sounds like a plugin JavaScript conflict to me, BP works fine on that form so I’d suggest deactivating any plugins that are loading JS in your admin.
