New To BuddyPress – Pls Help!

Hello all,

my website is http://www.glospitality.com it is a global hospitality news website. I need to add some user interaction so I am wanting to indulge in buddypress.
Some questions I have are:

1. how do I install BuddyPress as a subdomain (vibe.glospitality.com )
2. How do I make it compatible with my current theme on http://www.glospitality.com

Any help would be appreciated.
