I found the solution, which is due to certain server settings but I dont know how to fix.
Can someone guide me to fix or change server settings?

Possibilities:
– database utf8(mysql version)
– wp-settings(memory limit)
– denied xml-rpc call due to security reason

My error: the database table with “wp_bb_bp_” were not created in the server. I think most probably due to database version. Can someone help me please

updates:
The working server is installed with mysql : 5.1.52
The non working server is with mysql : 5.0.91

Any tweak on this?
