No link available for signing up

I just downloaded and installed WordPress and Buddypress to Show Caving. However, there’s no link for new users to sign up.

What do I need to do to fix it?

Enable user registration in the admin panel.

And so I did, after digging around for it even further. It wasn’t obvious.
