"Non-static method" error prevents BuddyPress from working

I have the following error messages from BuddyPress which I think makes them a culprit for nothing working. No other plugin works properly because of it. I have done three clean WP installs. Nothing helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This happen on the latest version and older ones.
