BuddyPress.org

I have a WP MultiSite w/BuddyPress site (current versions) that has been live since 12/25 and over 200 members. I am using PhotoSmash for the main gallery and cincopa for private, profile-based galleries.

I have been watching my server fill up with hundreds – if not thousands of files – growing in my root folder! I’ve actually been downloading them for the last 5 minutes so I can take a look at the contents. The file names are “import.php.####”

Most seem to be 0kb files but I am very concerned about this. does anyone have an idea whether these are a function of one of the galleries or the member signups or … ? And whether or not I can delete these without ruining everyone’s uploads?
