only friends can make comments at a userÂ´s blog ?

I do have a question, please:

is it possible to make it like the following at User-Blogs:

– only “friends” of the specific user are able to leave their comment at the specific User-Blog ?

No, it’s not. You’d have to do a custom plugin. Future privacy components hopefully will provide this.
