Open Links in New Window

Hi

I’d like all links within the activity stream (both internal and external) to open in a new window.

I’ve Googled and haven’t found a solution that works for me.

I’m on the latest versions of WordPress and Plugins.

I’m just wondering whether anyone has a solution to this.

I’m using groups where people can ask questions and I provide a link to the relevant lesson. I’d like these links to open in a new window/tab so that it’s easy to find your way back to the group.
