Options for Maps

Hey guys, new to BuddyPress, but already loving it.

I am looking for a way to have each group provide an address, and the plot the group on a map.

I have tried both BuddyPress Maps and gPress. BuddyPress Maps seems to be out of date to be nice. I could use it except for when you get to placing the plots on the map it just shows the loading gif and does nothing else.

I don’t think this is currently possible with gPress, but maybe through some type of custom post?

Any suggestions?
