Page not found, why?

everytime i think we are good to go someone finds a problem, lol
Someone help me troubleshoot – why is this page not found
http://successiqu.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://successiqu.com/members/admin/friends/requests
but this one works
http://successiqu.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://successiqu.com
if i login, and then go to my friend request page it works, but when it is trying to go to the login page and redirect i get a 404
