Not a plugin but a tutorial. You may need to make adjustments depending on your theme but it is pretty straightforward if you know what parts need to be modified. I advise to only use this on a child theme as does the tutorial.

Thanks for your help, I did see this before, but I had in mind “page” like on FB that you can promote something… and then People could like that page…
Let’s say some small business wants to create a page with info etc…

There is no plugin for that, but I think I remember someone did that before by using Group function. you can search the forum.

Don’t really see what that has to do with based on the title of your topic. I am not certain of any plugin you could allow users to create a page from the front end but you can try BuddyDev’s BuddyBlog here:
