Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/squackle/public_html/bb-config.php on line 2

    I tried doing the new forums setup with BuddyPress and bbPress. I don’t have any bbPress installed on my site, and after I followed the steps in the Forums setup, i had to create a bb-config.php and upload it. I didn’t change anything as far as server information or password information goes, but i changed the authentication keys as outlined in the config file.

    As far as I can see the server information that was automatically included in what i was to copy and paste is correct, but I have no idea about the mysql server password it included in there. Is this what is causing a parse error?

    Otherwise, I don’t really understand what I’m doing wrong, and could use some help with that.

    well thats weird, i tried messing around with it a little bit, reverted it, and now it says line 47.

    ok, i fixed it. dont use TextEdit to create a php file.
