Phantom User(s) Joins Group shows in Activity Stream

    No one has registered on the site; no users are in the database; registration was set to no until last night. Regardless, the activity stream started to show _______ joined the ________ group. This happened once last night and 3 times yesterday Has anyone else seen this on a site?

    I’m suspecting this is a spam bot – somehow getting through. What do you think? Any thoughts?

    I received several more of these last night. There are no members on the site – yet – the activity stream shows “joining” of a group.
