Possible to put ‘Notifications’ drop down menu elsewhere?

    Does anyone know if it’s possible to put the Notifications drop down menu (the one on the admin bar when logged in) with all of its dynamic features elsewhere in a theme without building it from scratch? I can’t seem to figure this one out or find a tutorial. Appreciate any help, thanks.
