Post name only Permanlink

I tried to use the post name only permalink. Everything seems fine but only the blog permalink does not show up.

Can anyone suggest me some help?

Not sure what you are describing. “only the blog permalink does not show up.”?

I meant it does not lead to where it should. It say it does not exist.
