Post to Blog from frontend

Hello, I just installed buddypress, and I cannot figure out how to post in the blog.
My site won’t have several blogs, it will have an only blog to which community users can contribute.
So I don’t think I need to enable MU for that, do I?
I just need some button or link so that users can add posts to the blog easily.
