preventing pictures from adult rated groups to show on activity page

Hi there
Is there a way to prevent images from adult rated groups to be shown on the activity page. Sometimes it may be images giving a wrong impression and might be offensive for some of the viewers. How can that be done. I am not a techie so please make it simple 🙂

I think the easy way to do this would be to make the groups private
