Privacy Settings only for Super-Administrator

    Hi,
    i just noticed that the new wordpress privacy settings (for DSGV / GDPR information) and related tools on user sites of my WP Multisite/BP install are only visible to the multisite super-administrator and not to the user blog administrator itself. my users (admins of their multisite blogs) are not able to use the privacy settings tool on their blogs and benefit from the WP defined templates and text modules.

    is this a bug or just a problem on my install?
