Private group – private forum need admin status!

I am using latest versions of WP, bbP and BP from godaddy.com installation, ie using WP to install from its search….and created private groups and therefore private forums – but the members of the groups can’t see the topics in the forum created by the administrator without having admin status – they just see “No Topics…”
How can I fix? Thanks
