Private messaging cc/bcc user on reply?

Wordpress v4.6.1
Buddypress v2.7.0

Is it possible (directly or via a plug-in) to allow a user to copy (cc or bcc) another new user when replying to a private message i.e. add in selected user(s) to a PM conversation?
