Problem witch bbpress avatar and emoticons

Hi,

I have install: WordPress 4.4.2 , 3d party buddypress 2.4.3 and bbpress 2.5.8
I do not understand why in the forum are not seen avatar and emiticons.

This is a link my site page: http://www.videocrazy.it/groups/videogames/forum/topic/the-division-io-lho-prenotato-e-voi/

I tried to disable the plugin but the problem persists.
Can someone help me?

Re avatars: Your css has .bbp-author-avatar set to display:none.

I don’t know why emoticons are not working.
