Problem with Avatar

I am using WPMU 2.9.2 and BP 1.2.4.1. After uninstalling WP Super Cache plugin, custom avatars do not appear. Did anyone know how to fix it?

Make sure you actually do have WP Super Cache uninstalled and removed:
