I am using version 3.0.0 with german language.
On the profile-page, i use custom fields with german “Umlaut” like ä ö ü

The user has the choice between the field “männlich” and “weiblich” as a radio-button in the Backend.
On the Frontend the choice is being shown and linked. If I click on the link, the in the search-form appears “m%C3%A4nnlich” and so search-result is shown.
