Problems changing avatar

Hi all,
We have some problems regarding our website with BuddyPress
WordPress and BuddyPress are updated to their latest versions
Problem is that when our users try to upload avatars they are experiencing bugs and can not finish changing their profile pictures
To see in action, it is enough to register on our site and then try to change avatar afterwards
