Problems in Group page.

Good morning everyone. I have a problem in our group, because there appears some options as I show in the photo … The problem is in sending invitations to new members of a group can not accept due to the options do not appear on the invitations. I wonder how can I get these options to view, since it seems to me is just getting the picture below.
