Profile Completion

How about a Bar below every profile pictures (should be visible only to that user) indicating that how much percentage of profiles that he completed.
the percentage can be determind with respect to the no of profiles fields each installation has.
(Ex:- if there are 25 profile fields then each field can carry 4 percentage and if it has only 10 ,then each should have 10 percentage and so on..)
it can also allow admins to distribute the 100 percentage amoung the profile fields with respect to their weight.
for ex: birthday – 5perentage , work – 10 percentage and so on..but it has to make sure that the total is always 100 percent.
this will increase the chance of every user to fill the fields very soon…
