Profile Menu Tabs

Hi everyone.
I have done adding plugins. All the features I need for now are installed, up and running.
Huge problem for me though is that while I added all these features, lots of tabs were created in the profile pages. 13 to be precise.
What I’d like to do is to just have 4 or 5 tabs with dropdown menus for those with more than one link of interest.
I understand there is a plugin that partially does this (BP Custom Profile Menu) but we cannot mess with the default tabs, the only thing we can do is add more tabs.
So, if there is a plugin for doing this can you advise? If not, how exactly can we do this?
(By asking this question you might understand how poorly skiled I am) 🙂
