Profile “Save Profile” resolves to a 404 page

This has probably been answered somewhere just not seeing it in the forums so I applogise for posting in Advance….
Everything appears to be functioning correctly on my site, only, if a user goes in to update/edit his profile, as soon as they click Save Changes it redirects to a 404 page error, the changes are saved on the profile so I assume the “save changes” should revert the user back to his/her profile rather than another page.
I have tried a few things found on the support even installed the BuddyPress IIS7 Compatibility plugin.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
