Programmatically add menu items to a specific menu

    Does anyone know how to programmatically add menu items to a SPECIFIC menu? When I do it, it adds it to all menus (I have a top and primary).

    What I want to do is add MyProfile and various BuddyPress links to the primary menu only when the member is logged in.
