Public and private message

On my dating website I have your plugin on and the problem I have is that if I restrict the messages, the message icon does not appear and what I want is for the message icon to appear in the profiles and when I click go to the page of payment.
I also want that if a user receives a message but is not a paying member that he cannot read the message and that when he gives the message to read, he jumps to the subscription page. How do I do all that?
