Public User Gallery ?

    Hi,
    iam looking for a gallery for my members. i should have a upload fuction for registed members and also some kind of comment-fuction.
    it would be perfect if the members can also vote the images.
    i cannot find any good solution for this.

    i tryed NextGEN but the comment fuction is not working and there is no vote function that is working.
