Question Updating Avatars

Hi,
I’m updating an old WPMU site with avatars to BuddyPress. Obviously when I install BuddyPress it doesn’t pick up the old avatars, and this is the problem.
As I only have 50 users I could potentially manually update the avatars for everyone (as I have a copy of the original avatar files) if only there was a way.
Anyone have a suggestion???
