Recent blog posts widget not right

The order is random. I thought it would show the last blog posted site wide but its all random. I posted something and its 4 spots down.

Was there a bug before?

The recent blog post widget does not show the correct order of when a post is made. It is a bit random. Is this because the time stamp of people are from different time zones?
