Recovery Password not working

Buddypress version:2.0
Hello, my problem is that the Recovery form doesn´t work. The form ask me for entering whether my user name or my email; but, once entered and pressed the button Reset Password, it doesn´t send any email to my email account, which is a big function issue. Thanks for your help!!
