Redirect when click on SignUp

Having a problem where each time I click on Signup (for an account) i get redirected to this address http://*******.me/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http://*******.me/register (* is my domain name) it takes me to the admin log in page.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
