Register and Login redirect to main page.

I apologize on any inconvenience this may cause and I’ve done some searching without any proper answers. Anyway, I’ve recently came into possession of a domain name. However, this domain name isn’t classified as real and can only be used for domain parking. Well, I’ve set that up and all pages currently work fine. Members, Activity, etc all show up fine. However, when you click “create a new account” or try to login with one that you’ve already own, it will redirect you to the home page. Odd thing is, upon hovering over these links, it displays my subdomain. If I happen to visit my subdomain’s site, it will let me register and login fine, so I assume that the reason for redirection is the fact that they link to the subdomain and not the current domain. If i manually type in, say, .com/register, it will take me to the registration page under my current domain. So, I’m wondering what exactly do I need to edit to change the links for the registration and login pages? i’ve already tried creating new pages for activate and register but that don’t do any good. If I view the pages through the admin panel, they show the actual domain of my site and not the subdomain unlike the home page.

    I’m running WordPress 3.2.1. and BuddyPress 1.5.1.
